Responsibilities

Support recruitment for Clinical Specialty roles throughout the IU Health system
Conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader
Designing and posting positions
Sourcing, reviewing and screening applicants
Consulting on candidate selection
Completing offer processes
Maintaining business partner relationships with key stakeholders and hiring leaders
Apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure a compensation package is market competitive for the position
Assist with workforce planning analysis
Guide leaders in selecting the best talent
Provide team member support
Provide other project management support as requested by their leader
Particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies
Data reporting
Maintaining and analyzing recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Improving the overall recruitment process
Providing a thought process partnership and consulting on sourcing and recruiting top talent

Required

Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities
Adaptability, time management and problem-solving skills
Experience using various recruiting platforms and applications
Market knowledge in sourcing top talent
Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform recommendations and experience reporting out to stakeholders
Strong abilities to partner successfully with key stakeholders and build long-term, trusting relationships
Compassion, empathy, professionalism and integrity
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience
Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts
Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system
Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization

Preferred

Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred
0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting preferred
