Responsibilities

Control the flow of work throughout manufacturing, release and monitor work orders throughout the manufacturing cycle and act as a liaison between work centers and the customer to ensure on-time delivery of product
Review customer schedules to prioritize and release work orders
Expedite parts throughout the manufacturing process acting as liaison between all areas of the business to keep parts moving toward completion
Act as main point of contact for customers
Manage capacity in responsible areas to ensure adequate staffing is maintained
Responsible for control of inventory including finished goods and WIP
Ensure work centers have updated schedules and monitor compliance
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Associate's Degree in related field and two (2) years of related experience
Knowledge of production scheduling processes in a manufacturing environment
Computer skills including fluency with Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of MRP Systems and creating/modifying mechanical drawings with any popular CAD system
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in related field
Five (5) years of related experience
Ability to perform multiples tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with tremendous sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability
Prior knowledge of Visual Manufacturing ERP a plus
