Responsibilities
Activate early-career academics at R1 campuses
Direct outreach to researchers, labs, and departments
Run small formats (coffee chats, office hours, demos)
Recruit and manage 2–3 campus ambassadors
Track activation + retention weekly
Document what works into a repeatable activation playbook
Qualification
Required
