Expert in handling ServiceNow Upgrades and Video room refresh & Upgrades
Basic financial understanding & accounting
Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet tool
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Teams
General familiarity with IT infrastructure basics / building blocks for services (network, AV, Print, Firewall, etc.)
Solid communication skill set (both verbal and written)
Ability to report and document status at executive level
Excellent communication skills
Experience Working In a Global Company
Concentrated focus on defect reduction and quality of services
Excellent customer relations and customer support skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment
