Responsibilities
Act as the digital marketing solutions expert within SummitMedia, specializing in Townsquare Ignite offerings
Partner with SummitMedia Account Executives to develop integrated, digital-first proposals for clients
Prospect and secure new digital marketing business through direct selling and by supporting the SummitMedia sales team
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are set clearly and delivered upon in partnership with Townsquare Ignite fulfillment teams
Provide ongoing education and support to the SummitMedia sales team to strengthen their ability to sell digital-first solutions confidently
Serve as the liaison between SummitMedia and Townsquare Ignite, maintaining open communication, resolving challenges, and championing shared goals
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving best practices in digital advertising to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement
Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic)
Proven track record of success in growing new business
Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies
Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills
BA/BS degree
Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience
PowerPoint, Excel experience
