Information Technology
Responsibilities
Customer Focus: Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance
Coordination & Communication: Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction
Representation: Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect commitment to excellence
Best Practices: Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization
Risk Management: Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued
Continuous Improvement: Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out
Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes
Qualification
Required
Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively
Team player with a winning attitude
Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office
High School Diploma
Preferred
Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred
Prior SAP experience is a plus
