Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in Loan Officer practices, the Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
Understanding of Underwriting processes and guidelines
Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build trust and maintain relationships
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze financial data and determine creditworthiness
Proficiency with mortgage-related software tools and systems
State licensing and NMLS registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (or willingness to obtain)
