Required

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Proven Sales experience, with a focus on generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets
Sales Management experience, including developing strategies and mentoring team members
Training capabilities to educate clients on products and services
Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to track and manage sales activities
Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset to work successfully in a commissioned role

Preferred

Familiarity with cybersecurity enterprise solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
