GS Precision Inc manufactures critical components for the Aerospace and Defense industries, seeking a Final Inspector to perform a wide variety of inspection duties. The ideal candidate will utilize measuring tools, read blueprints, and maintain accurate records while ensuring parts meet established specifications.

Responsibilities

Inspects parts to established inspection procedures as set up by the Quality Engineer

Be thoroughly familiar with, and operate a variety of inspection equipment including micrometers, verniers, gages, hardness testers, comparators, and gaging equipment

Checks parts against prints; completes inspection reports

Maintains accurate records and other data as required

Able to determine when parts meet specifications

Able to learn to use microscope

Must be very detail oriented

Ability to work in a team environment

Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
