Responsibilities
Manage and review complex 1040s, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, providing tax planning and strategy
Supervise and mentor junior staff; lead performance reviews and training
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
Conduct tax research and stay informed on evolving tax laws and policies
Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, workflow, and business development
Qualification
Required
CPA license required
5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
Expertise in HNW individual and corporate tax returns
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
