Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment

Strategically organize the warehouse to maximize space utilization and streamline operations

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Lead, hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment

Maintain rigorous safety and security protocols to ensure a safe workplace

Keep meticulous inventory records and perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations

Manage logistics and staging of outgoing products, ensuring optimal space usage and operational flow

Direct responsibility for maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are safe and operational

Enforce policies and systems such as the picking ticket system to track materials and supplies accurately
