Claims Systems Implementation Analyst
Insurance Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Claims Systems Implementation Analyst to support the adoption of a new enterprise claims management platform. This role involves modernizing claims operations and serving as a bridge between claims operations, technology, and an external vendor.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation and rollout of a new claims management system
Partner with internal stakeholders to define and document claims workflows and system requirements
Assist with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across claims operations
Serve as a primary liaison with the claims system vendor
Coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements
Work closely with Claims, IT, and leadership to align system capabilities with business needs
Support day-to-day operation of the claims management platform
Assist with system updates, enhancements, and reporting needs
Help develop training materials and support claims staff adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience in claims operations within a Personal Lines P&C insurance carrier
Strong understanding of claims workflows and processes
Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements
Preferred
Exposure to claims system implementation or major system upgrades strongly preferred
Previous experience with Snapsheet ideal
