Customer Service & Operations Spring Internship
Diaza Football is one of the fastest-growing soccer brands in the USA, seeking Customer Service & Operations Interns to support their customer experience team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide updates on orders, production, and shipping
Follow up on open cases and ensure resolution
Coordinate with internal departments for accurate information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program graduating between May 2027 - May 2028
Ability to communicate over the phone and work in a collaborative environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, professional, and detailed orientated
English and Spanish is a plus
Availability to work 20-25 hours per week for a 13-week program, February 2nd - May 1st
This internship is an in person position, with the possibility of being hybrid
