Personal Lines Account Manager
Vibrant Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide foundational administrative and client service support. This role focuses on client onboarding, renewals, and maintaining accurate policy information while developing insurance fundamentals and agency workflows.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and service support for client onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day servicing activities
Process certificates of insurance, binders, auto ID cards, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information within agency management systems
Follow established agency workflows, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, carriers, and vendors
Escalate issues appropriately to Account Managers or Account Executives as needed
Partner with assigned mentors or team members for guidance on processes, systems, and service expectations
Participate in training, continuing education, and professional development activities
Build foundational knowledge of insurance concepts, coverage types, and agency operations
Work toward increased responsibility and skill development within the account management career path
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire if not already licensed
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency systems and workflows
Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in administrative and client service tasks
Organization & Time Management: Effectively manages multiple tasks and reprioritizes as needed
Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
Customer Service Mindset: Demonstrates patience, responsiveness, and a commitment to service excellence
Team Collaboration: Works effectively in a team-based environment and seeks guidance when appropriate
Preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of insurance industry, markets, and carriers
Experience with Applied Systems Epic software
