The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing audits, and leading a high-performing team to enhance reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reporting packages under U.S. GAAP and IFRS

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting for internal stakeholders, regulators, and rating agencies

Manage financial results analysis, highlighting performance drivers and key trends

Coordinate closely with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and smooth issue resolution

Modernize and automate core reporting workflows

Design scalable, technology‑enabled financial processes

Partner with senior Finance leadership to streamline and enhance reporting systems

Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing, innovation‑focused team

Oversee workload planning, performance management, and professional development

Promote cross‑functional collaboration within the Finance organization

Qualification

U.S. GAAPIFRSCertified Public AccountantFinancial reporting experienceTeam managementAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required

8+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience

5+ years managing and developing teams

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP (IFRS strongly preferred)

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
