Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6, ensuring baseline accuracy and milestone adherence
Generating S-curves and progress analytics to track planned vs. actual performance and support stakeholder reporting
Monitoring progress against baselines, identifying variances, and preparing timely dashboards and reports with corrective actions
Identifying and mitigating schedule risks and constraints, collaborating with work stream leads to resolve issues proactively
Coordinating planning workshops, progress review meetings, and efficient communication across a matrix organization
Ensuring compliance with approved scheduling tools and governance standards to maintain data integrity and consistency

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
5 or more years of experience in project planning for construction or industrial projects. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
Expertise in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 and generate S-curves
Experience working in a matrix organization
Strong understanding of construction planning principles, risk analysis, and progress visualization
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness and ability to travel (~10%)
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
