Responsibilities

Review and assemble tax documents with precision
Verify required elements such as names, account numbers, Tax IDs, and signatures
Prepare completed tax returns for mailing to the appropriate taxing authorities
Scan incoming tax documentation using proprietary software
Weigh, process, and post single and bulk mailings using a postage machine
Ensure all tax documents are organized, accurate, and compliant before submission
