Responsibilities
Support litigation teams in all phases of eDiscovery (collection, processing, review, production)
Manage and maintain data in Relativity, ensuring accuracy and security
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on document review workflows
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for litigation tools
Generate reports and track document review project progress
Assist in developing best practices for litigation support processes
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of litigation support experience, strong in eDiscovery and Relativity
Understanding of EDRM and large-scale document review projects
Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, Legal Studies, or related field
