Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail
Provide technical support for firearms, accessories, and repairs
Assist customers with firearm selection, ammunition, and product care
Recommend add-on parts and services (upsell opportunities)
Guide customers through firearm return and repair processes
Support e-commerce credit order processing
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Assist with additional projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle, demonstrate, receive, and transport firearms safely
Comfortable using PC-based systems and corporate IT tools
Ability to work in an office setting and occasionally in a warehouse/shop environment
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of customer service experience
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Manual dexterity for disassembly/reassembly and detailed firearm work
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred
Working knowledge of firearms and ammunition (strongly preferred)
1+ year in the sporting goods industry preferred
Firearms handling experience strongly preferred
Gunsmithing experience a plus
