Responsibilities
Lead functional discovery sessions to understand customers’ business processes, challenges, and transformation drivers
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and value assessments tailored to customer needs
Develop “storyboard” demonstrations and proof-of-concepts using SAP S/4HANA and related SAP technologies
Recommend best-fit S/4HANA functional architecture based on industry standards and SAP best practices
Translate customer requirements into end-to-end solution designs that leverage S/4HANA’s capabilities
Partner with technical presales, industry advisors, and product experts to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy
Stay current on SAP S/4HANA roadmap, product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Create reusable content—demo scripts, process maps, presentations—for internal and field enablement
Represent the solution portfolio at conferences, webinars, and customer advisory sessions
Work closely with Consulting, Customer Success, and Product Management to align presales messaging with delivery and roadmap realities
Guide prospects through evaluation cycles, RFIs/RFPs, and technical deep dives
Support strategic go-to-market initiatives and product feedback loops
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years of experience in SAP functional consulting or presales, with deep knowledge in one or more S/4HANA areas: Expertise in key S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.)
Strong understanding of S/4HANA Cloud (Public and/or Private Edition) and SAP's Intelligent Enterprise strategy
University Degree, MBA, CPA
Skilled at delivering impactful demos and presentations
Familiarity with AI, Joule, SAC, SAP BTP, integration technologies, and complementary cloud solutions
Strong process mapping, solution design, and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
Executive presence and the ability to engage both business and technical audiences
Critical thinking, creativity, and strong customer empathy
