Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Process payroll for our team, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations
Complete and reconcile expense reports as part of regular duties
Assist the Controller with month-end close activities, financial reporting, and special projects as assigned
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation while supporting various accounting functions as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for being part of a service-oriented team
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Prior experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, or service-oriented businesses
Previous exposure to payroll processing, AP/AR functions, or general ledger accounting
