Product Support Representative III - Banking & Finance
FIS is a leading fintech solutions provider that impacts markets and individuals globally. As a Product Support Representative, you will assist clients by providing in-depth product support and resolving customer inquiries related to installation, operation, and maintenance of products.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment
Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues
Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with treasury solutions, banking or financial processes – front to back
Ability to understand or compose simple SQL scripts
With strong background in using Microsoft office
Solid background in banking or finance, and valuations
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
The ability to work independently
You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
Preferred
Prior banking experience preferred
Experience or knowledge of SWIFT messages, hedge accounting, SQL is an advantage
Knowledge of FIS products a plus
