Responsibilities
Serve as a partner to an executive leader, anticipating business needs, providing thoughtful feedback, and incubating solutions for the team’s biggest opportunities and issues
Incubate and launch high-impact strategy projects related to business strategy and operations, organisation design, new capabilities, and team culture
Evaluate Marketing performance and impact and make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust our approach to reach our ambitious goals
Drive operational excellence across the organization, owning and optimizing a high-impact rhythm of the business and operations programs to improve execution
Lead change management workstreams, defining goals, building project plans, and navigating stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
Preferred
Experience in a role requiring distinctive business judgment, problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating recommendations to executive leaders
Ability to apply structure to ambiguous problems and navigate a changing environment
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executive managers
Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and improvement across all work
Excellent organizational, problem solving, communications, and project management skills
