Senior Manager Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

Support Regional Account Directors by managing day-to-day existing account relationships, allowing RADs to focus on new business development and expansion
Own contract lifecycle management: negotiation, execution, compliance, renewals, and performance tracking with hospitals, wholesalers, distributors, and GPOs
Lead sales operations, including CRM administration, sales forecasting, performance reporting, territory alignment, and data-driven insights
Manage distribution and supply chain logistics to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and minimal supply disruptions
Streamline operational processes across the sales cycle, including order fulfillment, rebate handling, customer issue resolution, and workflow automation
Analyze account and sales data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements for our hospital product portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Supply Chain to align operations and resolve escalated issues
Ensure full regulatory compliance (FDA, PDMA, anti-kickback, transparency reporting) for all customer-facing and operational activities
Support product launches, trade promotions, and patient assistance programs while integrating post-acquisition processes
Thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment by proactively owning cross-functional initiatives and contributing beyond core responsibilities to drive LXO US success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related field
5+ years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, or account management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; experience in mid-size or startup environments (e.g., hospital product launches) is highly desirable
Proven track record in managing contracts, distribution channels, and sales support functions, ideally for hospital-based pharma products
Strong knowledge of pharma sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PDMA, HIPAA)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) for forecasting, reporting, and process optimization
Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and vendors; ability to handle escalations diplomatically
Entrepreneurial drive with experience in small teams, where flexibility and broad accountability are essential
Up to 30% travel required for account visits, vendor meetings, and industry events; valid driver's license needed
