Responsibilities
Cultivate, maintain, and act upon individual, residential, and corporate sales leads
Understand prospects' needs and guide them towards suitable membership solutions
Create, coordinate, and manage promotional activities, both within and outside the center, to enhance club visibility
Establish and nurture relationships with local residential communities and businesses
Engage in networking activities and attend local events in the Tampa Bay area
Create opportunities for new business development and maintain relationships with existing and past clients
Focus on member retention and seek referrals
Qualification
Required
Proactive self-starter with an energetic and assertive approach
Ability to achieve and exceed goals in a collaborative team environment
Possess a positive outlook and exhibit resilience in challenging circumstances
Creativity in devising innovative methods to attract new center members
Exceptional communication skills
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
