Law Practice
Responsibilities
Work directly with clients and conduct intakes
Draft and file pleadings, discovery demands, and discovery responses
Prepare and oppose motions
Appear in federal and state courts for conferences and hearings
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and staff on active cases
Qualification
Required
A newly admitted attorney (awaiting bar results welcome)
Someone with a strong interest in employment and civil litigation
Strong legal research and writing skills (writing sample encouraged)
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment
A good communicator with a professional and positive attitude
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
