Responsibilities
You’ll oversee a small team of tax accountants, all at different experience levels
You’ll be the calm, steady influence when things get busy
The client base what you’d expect in this size firm: small to mid-sized businesses across professional services, restaurants, and similar owner-managed companies
You’ll also work closely with an offshore CAS team in India
Qualification
Required
Strong, well-rounded public accounting tax experience
A solid accounting background, comfortable working through issues alongside accounting managers
A people-first leadership style - calm, clear, and supportive
Preferred
A CPA is strongly preferred
They may consider someone currently an EA, but you'd need to be committed to completing your CPA
