Responsibilities
Execute and consolidate IT contracts tied to a recent acquisition, helping bring pricing, licensing, and legal terms into alignment
Review existing agreements, negotiating price and license counts
Partner closely with legal on contract term
Work with a wide range of IT stakeholders, the North America Procurement Manager, and the global IT category team
Ensure a smooth transition and consistent sourcing approach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred in related field such as Business, Supply Chain, IT, or similar
Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable commercial and legal terms
Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract lifecycle management
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
