The Shift Lead will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and leading the team to ensure adherence to company policies and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and resolving customer concerns

Keep the store smelling like roses! Tidy up restrooms, cooler interiors and exteriors, parking lots, fuel islands, equipment, food service areas, shelves, and storage

Keep merchandise from getting skunky, ensuring items are stocked, faced, and priced correctly

Manage vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries, ensuring everything is in order

Create, submit, and edit supply orders, keeping inventory stocked and ready to rock!

Assist in onboarding and training, and sniff out ways to engage and motivate the team

Qualification

Required

Must be at least 19 years of age

Must consent to and pass a background check

High School diploma or equivalent

Prior customer service experience in a retail setting

Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking

Solution focused thinking

You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level

Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees
