Responsibilities

Grow a profitable book of business earning between $1mil - $5mil in revenue
Build out a team if desired, providing equity and profit share
Engage with clients across various industries including Manufacturing/Retail, Construction, Real Estate/Property, Marine, Transportation, Financial Lines and Employee Benefits

Qualification

Insurance industry expertiseBusiness developmentClient relationship managementTeam leadershipCommunication skills

Required

Track record growing a profitable book of business which earns anywhere between $1mil - $5mil in revenue
Experience in the insurance industry
Ability to work remotely and travel to an office as needed
Open-mindedness on client industries, with key interest in Manufacturing/Retail, Construction, Real Estate/Property, Marine, Transportation, Financial Lines and Employee Benefits
Ability to build out a team if desired

Preferred

Experience with a long-term non-compete or existing equity in a current agency

Benefits

Strong commissions on new business and renewals
Equity deal with option to take half of this in cash at the end of year 1 (Or re-invest)
Equity and profit share to reward you for the growth of both yours and your teams accounts
