Senior ABM & Customer Marketing Manager
Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Senior ABM & Customer Marketing Manager to execute high-impact account-based and customer marketing programs focused on acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketer with strong ABM experience and a passion for driving measurable account-level results.
Responsibilities
Execute account-based and customer marketing programs aligned with sales and growth objectives
Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations
Conduct account research and develop targeted messaging and campaign assets
Launch and optimize ABM campaigns across email, digital, content, and event channels
Support customer expansion initiatives (cross-sell, upsell, new buying groups)
Monitor account engagement and campaign performance, sharing insights with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
6–10 years of B2B marketing experience with strong ABM and customer marketing focus
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and ABM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar)
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market accounts
Strong execution, collaboration, and communication skills
