We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PM Sales Associate to join our growing team in Cleveland, Ohio, who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and executing sales strategies to enhance B2B Realty’s market presence.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, emerging trends, and competitor offerings
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to drive business growth
Effectively communicate B2B Realty’s property management and brokerage services to prospective clients
Conduct client consultations to assess their property management needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and service offerings through meetings, presentations, and other communication channels
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship building and close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team
Prospect and develop for new leads and business relationships
Attend local networking events on behalf of the company
Hold in-person meetings at the office with clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and other key stakeholders
Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and client interactions using CRM tools
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate and property management industry
Active real estate license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Sound knowledge of real estate and property management practices
Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM and Property Management software and tools like AppFolio, LeadSimple and Google Docs
