Responsibilities
Lead and support private equity and middle-market M&A transactions
Advise financial sponsors and investors across the healthcare industry
Structure acquisitions involving post-acute care, digital health, and provider platforms
Counsel on healthcare compliance and transactional risk (HIPAA and regulatory overlap)
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV documents, and governance materials
Manage deal workstreams independently while coordinating with cross-practice teams
Utilize legal technology and data-driven frameworks to streamline transactions
Qualification
Required
4–7 years' experience as a Private Equity or Corporate - M&A Attorney
State Bar required
Strong drafting, analytical, and deal-management skills
Ability to independently run sophisticated transactions
Preferred
Am Law firm background strongly preferred
Experience in healthcare services transactions highly valued
