Responsibilities

Review, edit, and refine AI-generated text to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial guidelines
Train AI models by evaluating outputs, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive training datasets and ensure content consistency
Maintain high standards of linguistic and contextual accuracy across diverse subject matter
Document editing processes and contribute to the evolution of editorial best practices for AI training
Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions and suggest optimizations based on data-driven insights
Champion excellent communication within the team, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and feedback loops

Required

Familiarity with version control tools and collaborative documentation practices
