Qualification
Required
Illinois State insurance license for life and health insurance is required
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
Insurance products sales experience is required. While training is provided, this is NOT a Trainee position
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with insurance agency software
