Responsibilities
Manage 40+ active Song-Beverly vehicle warranty litigation cases
Represent clients in Lemon Law defense matters across California
Conduct depositions of plaintiffs and key witnesses
Appear at motion hearings and trial proceedings
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
Perform detailed legal research on warranty and consumer statutes
Travel for required in-person court appearances
Collaborate closely with the lead attorney and distributed litigation team
Maintain organized billing and file management practices
Qualification
Required
2–4 years' experience as a Lemon Law - Defense Attorney
Strong background in defense litigation
Direct experience with the Song-Beverly Act
California State Bar required
Excellent research, writing, and billing discipline
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
Interest in courtroom advocacy and trial work
Preferred
Candidates slightly outside the range may be considered
