Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quarterly fund financial reports, including statements of partners' capital and unfunded commitments
Assist in capital call and distribution processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely execution
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain general ledgers and record transactions related to fund investments
Participate in month-end closing activities and journal entry preparation
Organize and maintain financial reporting files/system
Communicate with investors regarding capital accounts, calls, and financial statements
Conduct research on financial regulations and industry best practices as needed
Assist in ad hoc accounting tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
