Area Business Development Manager
Casco Bay Cleaning Services is looking for a driven Area Business Development Manager to continue their growth in facilities maintenance and janitorial services in the Greater Portland area. In this role, you will develop new business relationships, meet with clients on-site, and provide tailored cleaning solutions to ensure facilities run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Develop new business by building relationships with decision-makers in sectors such as Retail, Warehousing, Industrial, Class-A Offices, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Senior Living, and Commercial
Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base within your assigned territory
Meet with clients to understand their cleaning and janitorial service needs and present the right solutions
Conduct site visits and prepare pricing estimates and proposals
Negotiate contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions
Build lasting relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside or field sales, ideally within facility services, janitorial, building maintenance, or environmental services
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills — someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients, and growing business accounts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (within ~2 hours of Portland, ME)
