Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
Perform benchmarking studies to evaluate salary structures and recommend adjustments as needed
Manage and maintain compensation data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and implement effective compensation strategies
Provide guidance and insights on compensation policies, trends, and best practices
Support the annual salary review process, including data preparation and analysis
Analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate salary grades and classifications
Develop and present compensation reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation practices

Required

Proven experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking
Strong familiarity with Workday and its compensation module
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
