Identify & Reach Out to Potential Partners
Actively search for expert creators in English-speaking markets
Focus on educators, thought leaders, and content creators in fields like: wellness, health, education, business, lifestyle, personal development
Use your networks, social media, professional communities, and industry events to find the right people
Reach out thoughtfully with genuine interest in their work
Build Initial Trust & Gauge Fit
Have meaningful first conversations about our vision and collaboration philosophy
Assess whether there's genuine mutual interest and alignment
Understand what they care about and what they're looking for
Bridge the Right People to Our Core Team
When you find someone promising, introduce them to our evaluation team
Your job is to increase the probability of "the right conversations happening"
You don't need to be an expert in content evaluation — that's our team's job
Your value is in bringing quality conversations to the table
Build a Sustainable Pipeline
Maintain relationships with promising creators for future opportunities
Document insights about market trends and creator opportunities
Share learnings with the team about what's working and what's not
Qualification
Required
Based in the US or North America (or have deep, ongoing connections to the US market)
Naturally enjoy connecting people — you get energized by meeting interesting people and opening conversations
Genuine interest in education, ideas, and knowledge-sharing — you believe good thinking deserves to be shared
Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a new role, and you'll help shape how it evolves
Preferred
Experience in creator partnerships, talent acquisition, or community building
Background in education, online learning, or content creation
Understanding of US social media platforms and creator communities
Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams
Familiarity with wellness, health, education, or business communities
