Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for visitors, callers, and email inquiries
Support daily office operations, calendars, and correspondence
Process donations accurately and help ensure timely acknowledgments
Maintain donor records and documentation
Use Asana to track tasks and workflows
Assist with volunteers, events, and special projects
Help keep the office organized, prepared, and running smoothly

Required

Service-oriented, kind, and professional in all interactions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (Google Workspace required; Asana a plus)

Experienced in office or administrative roles (nonprofit experience welcome, not required)
