Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled professional responsible for the implementation, management, migration, and support of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments. Responsibilities

Administer the lifecycle of user accounts, groups, and licenses in both on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Implement and maintain security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies
Monitor the health, performance, and usage of Microsoft 365 services and the Active Directory infrastructure
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and AD-related issues, troubleshooting authentication problems, and resolving client-side issues
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 and AD services with other business applications and systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, procedures, and user guides
Design and implement solutions to migrate different email servers/mailboxes to the organization's Microsoft 365 environment

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and on-premises Active Directory environments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, Windows Server operating systems, networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP), and cloud security principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues promptly
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation

Preferred

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are often preferred
Experience with automation tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency
