They are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all functions.

Responsibilities
Assisting receiving loading and unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing
Distributing products throughout the warehouse
Delivering products to customer delivery points
Performing preventive maintenance on equipment (delivery truck, forklift, etc.) and facilities
Safely operating a forklift
Pull and prepare internal orders for transportation
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
Assist drivers with deliveries as needed
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program
Assist in counting of physical inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with computers and Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to accurately and consistently operate the scanner
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Basic math skills (adding and subtracting)
Lift, carry, and load up to 50 Lbs
Capable of walking distances
Physical ability to stand for extended periods; walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently
Preferred
6 months or more of prior warehouse experience
Ability to speak Spanish
Forklift Operating Certification
