Responsibilities
Designing and shipping mult‑agent and LLM‑powered systems end‑to‑end
Building scalable async architectures and distributed inference pipelines
Creating evaluation frameworks that accurately measure model performance
Debugging model and agent behaviour in production when systems don’t act as expected
Designing systems that learn, adapt, and improve over time
Working across the stack from prompts to infrastructure
Contributing to AI strategy and product direction
Qualification
Required
Have built real‑world, non‑trivial AI systems end‑to‑end
Understand deep learning fundamentals beyond library usage
Know why metrics like NDCG outperform accuracy in ranking problems
Have experience with LLM orchestration, agents, or RAG pipelines
Have taken complex AI systems from concept to prototype to production
Are deliberate about your own growth and technical development
Thrive in ambiguous, high‑intensity environments where solutions may not exist yet
