Collaborate with the team to deliver effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction management to ensure seamless service delivery
Professional Phone Etiquette for effective and polite communication
Ability to problem-solve, work collaboratively, and handle high-pressure situations with patience and empathy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Experience in using CRM tools is a plus
Additional training or certifications in customer service is an advantage
