Training Support Administrator
Capita is a leading business services company, and they are seeking a Training Support Administrator to provide routine administrative support for a transformational training program for the Royal Navy. The role involves creating course templates, maintaining resource availability, and collaborating with training support departments to enhance the education and training experience for learners.

Responsibilities
Creation and production of the Long-Term Plan for all courses
Creation and scheduling of course templates
Updating of course templates as a result of change administered through the various contracted change mechanisms and attend various key stakeholder meetings
Maintain resource hierarchy availability
Create and build automated course timetables
Book travel & accommodation for overseas students
Work collaboratively and engage with other training support departments and Training Groups
Qualification
Required
Previous administration/coordination experience
Proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (maintaining existing spreadsheets)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Team player with initiative
Confident
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level
Preferred
Any experience of using TAFMIS would be desirable
Previous planning/scheduling experience, would be an advantage
