Responsibilities

Supporting transformation across the Product Industrialization Engineering, by Identifying opportunities for improving processes that have a tangible impact on business performance and partner with stakeholders to understand current challenges and implement solutions to address them
Interact and make connections with various cross-functional groups that comprise the end-to-end supply chain team to enhance business acumen and open opportunities for future career growth
Using data-driven analytical rigor and/or six sigma and/or lean expertise to accurately identify issues that lead to sub-optimal performance and their root causes
Support in the development, enhancement, and execution of KPIs and daily management effectiveness
The Graduate Development Program engages participants in two role-specific tracks: Manufacturing & Product Industrialization Engineering includes defining and implementing manufacturing processes for new products
Operational Material Manager (OMM) includes ensuring suppliers meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain material availability for production

Required

You are working toward a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering
Interested or experienced in Operational Materials Management
You are Digital savvy, good knowledge of data analysis and interpretation for informed decisions
Your skills include High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
