Responsibilities
Process payment-related Jira tickets
Verify amounts, statuses, deadlines, and initiators
Maintain and update financial tables (Google Sheets / Excel)
Reconcile data between Jira, spreadsheets, and internal financial records
Prepare simple financial summaries and payment status reports
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Communicate with internal teams regarding payments
Qualification
Required
Basic experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Work confidently with numbers and financial information
Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
Follow established processes and instructions
Preferred

Work in a structured and organized way
Stay focused while performing routine tasks
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
