Being comfortable working with large landlords on leasing matters
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York City
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
