Responsibilities

Calculate and process employee expense reimbursements (mileage, meals, lodging)
Verify all receipts and documentation for compliance with company policy
Maintain the project "Worksheet" for cost tracking and budget alignment
Research and book flights, hotels, and car rentals for technical teams and PMs
Collect and verify weekly timesheets for the project team
Update project trackers (Excel) with daily progress and resource usage
Facilitate communication between the local team and bilingual stakeholders in Mandarin and English
Manage office administrative tasks (filing, document preparation, and scheduling)

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelMandarinEnglishOrganizational skillsMicrosoft Word

Required

Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to calculate sums, manage complex spreadsheets, and basic formulas)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines (especially for reimbursement cycles)
Ability to work on-site at our Sterling, VA office
